

Radbrook Community Classes
These community classes provide an opportunity for the over 50’s to practice Tai Chi at a level and in a way that is safer and generally better suited to those from 50 onwards.
Important: Tai Chi is a standing form of exercise. A reasonable level of balance and strength is required for all of these classes. You should be able to safely move about the room un-aided. These are not remedial classes.

Monday mornings (11:30-13:00) at the Radbrook Community Centre, Calverton Way, Shrewsbury SY3 6DJ. (This class is for experienced students. Please email me if you like to try this class)

Thursday midday (12:15-13:35) at Radbrook Community Centre, Calverton Way, Shrewsbury SY3 6DJ. (This class is for experienced students. Please email me if you like to try this class)

Friday midday (15:30-17:00) at Radbrook Community Centre, Calverton Way, Shrewsbury SY3 6DJ. (This class is open to beginners. You are very welcome to try this class)
